Milk pasteurization Design and manufacture flow pasteurizers with a capacity of 500 to 25000 liters/hour or more. European Standard for Pasteurizer
The European Community has proposed a standard for the dairy industry. The mobile pasteurizer complies with all European standards and can be applied to the standards and specifications of relevant countries where the machine will be put into use.
Work flow of pasteurizer
The product is transported from the liquid level tank through the heat exchanger, which heats the product through regenerative energy and hot water. Thereafter, the product is kept at the required high temperature in the insulation pipe for a long time, and then cooled by regeneration. Depending on the desired final temperature, the final product will be heated or cooled with hot or cold water, respectively.
Energy saving of pasteurizer
Through regeneration, cold products are heated with the energy of pasteurized products. Therefore, 95% of energy can be recycled; This makes this process truly energy efficient. The regeneration requirement is that cold products should not be mixed with pasteurized products. The relevant safety devices are described in the technical specifications.
The pasteurizer can also be used in the beverage industry. It quickly heats the beverage to a predetermined temperature, maintains it for a predetermined time, and then cools it. Heat treatment reduces the number of microorganisms and therefore extends the shelf life.
