• Main composed parts of tea leaf immersion&extracting system:
(1) Extracting tank, deformer, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, duplex filter, product pump, pipeline between systems.
(2) This system is designed to be controlled by PLC with touch screen, equipped with temperature display unit, pressure display unit, product pump circulation the product from bottom to top, double layers jacket heating and bottom coiler pipe heating, double cylinder side open-door + double cylinder self-lock slagging door, safe and no-leakage.
Widely used in pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical area, etc.
(1)This equipment adopts straight design, with bigger height-diameter ratio; fast heating exchange speed during extracting process, high heating speed; higher extracting efficiency of effective constituent, higher yield; Deslagging without crane span structure and slagging smoothly without residual.
(2)There is the quick open manhole for product feeding equipped on upper shell cover, to make it more smoothly for feeding of root, stem, leaves, fruits into extraction tank; 360°rotary socket type cleaning ball, with on line CIP and SIP function, equipped with coil distributor for backflow liquid.
(3)Tank body designed as whole jacket heating type and slagging door designed to equip coil pipe heating at bottom with single inlet and outlet, to keep the smooth flow from water wall, and prevent the situation of cold liquid not heated at the bottom; at the same time, when the extracting liquid is boiling, the bottom coil can be used to keep its continuous slight boiling, and stop the big jacket in tank body. This can save 65% steam consumption in the extraction procedure.
(4)Special design for the condenser: the secondary steam of product passes through shell and the cooling water passes through pipe which can be convenient to open the pipe and clean the sediment or after long time using during the condensed water circulation procedure.
(5)Slagging door designed with children lock, so that it can not be opened when the machine is under working. This can avoid material wasting due to error operation during working procedure. This design was connected with 90°right-angled outlet hard tube which can guarantee there is no residual material.
This extracting tank is used to extract tea from the tea leaves or make medicine from herbal medicine.The extraction tank is applied for several process operations,such as water decoction,warm inmmersion,thermal circumfluence and collation and aromatic oil collection of herbal plants.
