Level control is combined with product inlet / outlet to maintain an appropriate amount of fluid circulation in the system. If the level is too high or too low, the load cell and frequency control outlet pump will return it to the required level. The amount of powder in the mixture also fluctuates during production (e.g. sugar, lactose, stabilizer). No matter how much powder enters the mixer, the system can maintain stable production.
