For more complex applications, especially in-line additive dispersion, the multi-functional two-stage mixing and dispersing machine with highly complex mixing tank is the right choice, which is directly installed at the bottom outlet of the container.

The innovative design of the mixing tank ensures faster processing time and optimal dispersion quality in an extremely wide viscosity range. The mixing tank involves two stages of operation:
The first stage has a specially designed pump rotor with high circulation performance, which can generate turbulence in the container for mixing and mixing, and has sufficient pressure and flow for CIP cleaning of the system.

The second stage is equipped with a high shear rotor stator system to ensure narrow dispersed particle size distribution and therefore long-term stability. The design of the mixing tank and its excellent flow rate create a local vacuum in the dispersion chamber, so that the product components can be reliably fed online to the batch.

According to the process requirements, the integrated valve allows the product to be pumped only through the first stage without shear, or processed and dispersed in the second stage. The flow rate and pressure of the mixing tank are sufficient to supply the nozzle of the integrated CIP system, so no additional CIP pump is required.
