Our Middle East customer factory will produce extended shelf life milk, mixed milk drinks, yogurt, desserts, a variety of soft cheese, white cheese and semi-hard cheese.
Our process engineering department provides equipment, engineering design and supervises the construction of a new plant, which is scheduled to be completed in April 2023.
Growing demand for dairy products in the Middle East
At the same time, our foreign trade department has reached an agreement worth more than US $3 million to customize the design, manufacture and installation of process equipment for a new dairy factory for Turkish food companies. The dairy plant will be built in Konya in central Turkey to meet the country's growing demand for dairy products. The project is scheduled to start this autumn.
The new plant is expected to produce yogurt and drinking yogurt, as well as double cream cheese, cheddar cheese, kashkawar cheese and feta cheese, butter, milk produced by ultra-high temperature process, demineralised whey, skimmed milk powder and fruit juice. The technologies we will provide include automatic hot milk processing, fresh dairy processing and CIP (on-site cleaning) technology; Butter making equipment; Dehydration pipe evaporation and spray drying technology.
