Preheating system through plate heat exchanger or tube heat exchanger
The heat treatment system consists of tubular heat exchanger, DSI or direct steam flash vessel
Falling film evaporator with integrated steam separator, circulating pump and discharge pump
Each evaporator is designed, manufactured and manufactured according to the application specification. For non heat sensitive products, our evaporator uses a single nozzle system, which means that each part has a feed pipe.
For heat sensitive products such as dairy products, our engineers concluded that a multi nozzle system with distribution plates and more feed pipes can prevent thermal damage to the product.
All siccadania processes and units are designed to facilitate efficient cleaning. Evaporator is no exception. The evaporator has an easy to clean, hygienic design with enlarged CIP nozzles that are fully welded and replaceable for better and more efficient cleaning.
