Bubble washing machine
Use high-pressure steam to soak in water bath for cleaning, supplemented by strong water flow to clean jujube coconut
We designed a bubble generating device and a high-pressure spray device to make the date palm in a rolling state and remove the pesticide residues on the product surface.
Large amount of cleaning, high cleaning rate, no damage to jujube peel. After rotation, it flows on the mesh belt to the conveying mesh belt
Floating objects can overflow from the overflow tank and discharge sediments from the mouth to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
After being washed by high-pressure water flow, it is transported to the conveyor belt.
Brush roller washing machine
The parallel roller cleaning machine is made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the food industry standards. The technology of rough roller cleaning and spray was used to clean jujube. The cleaning speed is adjustable and the date runs smoothly on the brush.
Air dryer
The air dryer is suitable for the drainage of jujube coconut after washing. The hot air generated by the eddy current air pump is used to dry and wash the jujube at room temperature, which can effectively protect the color and quality of the jujube itself and shorten the time of subsequent processing or packaging. It is one of the core equipment of fruit and vegetable cleaning and processing.
Date sorter
1. It is applicable to fruits classified by fruit shape and size.
2. Through the operation of silicon tape, the fruit falls into the result slot with appropriate aperture, and then is discharged from the fruit outlet.
3. The date coconut sorter adopts bell mouth sorting to make the sorting hole spacing more standardized.
4. The date sorter is made of silica gel, which directly contacts the fruit and is round and smooth without damaging the fruit.
5. Stainless steel raw materials are used as a whole, which is safe and hygienic and meets the hygienic standards of food processing equipment.
