This equipment is widely used in the luquid material concentrating, like milk, glucose, oligosaccharides, sorbitol, fruit and vegetable juice. And there is a wide range of applications on the concentrating of aqueous solution and organic solvent solution in the area of food processing, pharmacy, grain processing, beverage ,light industry, environmental protection as well as the chemical industry etc.
1). Uniformity Steam heating: it has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time.
2). Evenly distributation of materials: Material are evenly distributed in the evaporator heating tube by the distribution device, materials, under the action of gravity and vacuum induction and its airflow, flow from top to bottom in film-like form, and are evaporated in the process of movement through heat exchanging with the heating steam of heating tube outer wall.
3). Vacuum evaporating: The evaporation works under the vacuum condition, and in a relative low evaporating temperate, thus it is not easy to lead to the scale formation in evaporator.
4). CIP cleaning: This machine is equipped with CIP cleaning head, and easy to clean whole machine, dead-zone free.
5). Continiously working: Materials are continiously feeded and discharged.

6. Working process:
The primary steam firstly enters into the first stage heating chamber to heat the materials, and in the vacuum condition, injects into first stage evaporating chamber through tubes, the materials return back to heating room through curve, and are heated again then injected to evaporating section, and form the circular. When the material liquid is sprayed into the evaporation chamber and nebulized, moisture is quickly evaporated, and the evaporated second steam enters to the second stage heating chamber to heat the material, and in the vacuum condition, injects into second stage evaporating chamber through tubes, the materials return back to heating room through curve, and are heated once more then injected to evaporating section, and form the circular. Then the material liquid is sprayed into the evaporation chamber and nebulized, moisture is quickly evaporated, and the evaporated third steam enters to the third stage heating chamber to heat the material and finally the steam goes into the condensor, and cooled by tap water into condensate water, and discharged tilll it reaches hlaf of the sight glass.
The moisture in the liquid material is continiously evaporated and concentration is increased to the expected rate and discharged from outlet.
The cooling water temperature will be increased to 30 -40 degree after the condenser exchanging, and sent to the water resource for whole plant usage or cooling tower recycling .
Our forced circulation evaporator is specially designed to obtain high-quality tomato and fruit sauce. The device can process super hot cracking products with high viscosity and difficult to process. It uses a series of multi effect evaporators, each of which includes a vertical tube nest, a liquid-gas separation chamber and a recirculation pump. In fact, the vertical tube nest is a shell and tube heat exchanger with upward forced flow recirculation.
