The rolling bar, cross beam, transmission shaft, sprocket and all parts connected with fruits of the fruit sorter are made of high-quality stainless steel. Pomegranate peel of pomegranate processing line

Pomegranate has thick skin and bitter taste. If extracted with pomegranate seeds, the taste will be destroyed. Therefore, the peel must be removed before juicing. Traditionally, this process is carried out manually. Cut the top of the pomegranate with a knife, and then cut along the line from the calyx to the stem. Do not touch the seeds. After that, you can break it and get the seeds. In order to improve the efficiency of pomegranate processing, there is a special pomegranate peeling machine. It is composed of a hopper, a crusher, a separation drum, a drive system and a frame. The cleaned fruit is sent to the hopper by the conveyor and then broken into 4 pieces by the crusher. After that, the pericarp and the seed are separated in the separation drum.
