Once the capacity in the tank reaches the rated standard, the frequency converter installed on the mixer vacuum system will adjust the motor to the required level. The control system communicates the degree of vacuum (under pressure) required for any given step in the process. Whenever the motor decelerates, its heating of water (used to seal the vacuum pump) is reduced. Therefore, the water is kept at the correct operating temperature for a long time. This will reduce total water consumption by 50% and energy consumption by 70%.
