Falling Film Evaporator
Application: Dual-& triple-purpose Filling Film Evaporator is commonly used in low temperature concentration in industries such as: dairy, glucose, starch, pharmacy, chemicals, biochemical project, environmental protection project, and waste liquid recycle. .
Evaporating machine, dispenser, cooling machine hot pressure pump, sterilizer, warm keeping pipe, vacuum system, drainage system, liquid exchanging pump, gas separating tank,operation platform, measuring appliance cabinets, and valves and pipes etc. .
1. The designing and manufacturing of machine is up to national standard GB151, reliable, and endurable. .
2. The surface in touch with the product is made of SUS304 stainless steel 2B.The inner wall of the falling film pipe adopts precision rolling treatment which smooths the inner wall. To keep the smooth finish of its original color and clearness, the lamination process are adopted,and we only polish the welding line evenly and nearly, and the joint polish ≤1.6μm. .
3.All stainless active joints adopt English size, butterfly valve is followed from the imported, round screw. The sealing ring and inner apron of butterfly valve is made in EPDM.
1. The whole set of this machine is fine in design, steady in working, high in efficiency, energy-saving, and low in steam cost. .
2. High concentration proportion, falling film vaporization and forced recycle make the dense liquid easily flow and vaporized, so as to shorten the time. .
3. Special design can be exchanged easily through simple operation to fit to product different productions. .
4. Low evaporating temperature, part of the second step steam is absorbed into single effect evaporating machine by spraying hot pressure pump to make full use of heat, the liquid warmly heated, so the machine suits to concentrate heat sensitive materials. .
5. The material is sprayed in the evaporating machine through the top, the forced filming evenly place the liquid in the film pipe inside the evaporating machine, which greatly increase the heat transferring speed and evaporating, so to stop "inner wall drying". .
6. The liquid, after steam and gas dispensing in the bottom of the evaporating machine, enters the dispenser to dispense again, which enforces the effect, and make the whole equipment flexible in operation. .
7. The equipment adopts vertical standing and compact construction taking little space, simple layout, which stands for developing trend of the large scale set evaporating equipment. .
8. Continuously inputting material, the liquid enters the equipment by one step can reach the required density. .
9. The two steps of sterilizing and condensing can finish in one-step, short material heating time, fit to condense the heat sensitive liquid. .
10. The CIP cleaning pipe in the equipment can realize the cleaning in spot. The whole set is simple operated and no dead angles. .
11.Special constructed cooling machine can operate normally in cooling water temperature of 30℃ or even higher. .
12.The motor control is realized by controlling cabinet and the automatic controlling system can be fixed to the order. .
13.Condenser specialized pump is with reliable seal, steady performance, needing little maintain, and smooth operation.
14.The equipment can operate eight hours continually without cleaning
