Falling film evaporator
Scope of application: Applicable to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, environmental protection, waste recycling and other sectors of the low-temperature continuous evaporation and concentration, this evaporator has characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, short heating time of materials etc, so especially suitable for heat-sensitive, foaming material etc.

1. Product introduction
The four-stages falling film evaporator we provide can be used for the processing of different products. It is suitable for the evaporating and concentrating of fruit juice or other heat sensitive liquid product, continuously material feeding and discharging. After one time of passing through this equipment, the juice can be processed to be the expected concentration.
This whole system is featured in reasonable design, stable running, high working efficiency and energy saving.

3. Main features:
3.1 The whole system is designed and manufactured as to National Standard GB 151, featured in high strength and durability.
3.2 The evaporator, segregator, and the condenser are all adopting the vertical floor type structure. After the product is separated into steam and liquid at the bottom of the evaporator, it will enter into the segregator for second time separating, and enhances the separating effect, to make the whole equipment be better in operating flexibility. There are the quick-open manual hand hole and checking opening for inspecting and repairing.
3.3 The underground type anchor fixed flange and fasteners( carbon steel material) are used for the falling film chamber, separating chamber and the condenser chamber, they are tidy in appearance.
3.4 There is the product distributing device on the top of evaporator, to make sure the liquid product is evenly distributed on each heat exchange tube, and form into the film shape, it can greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient, increase the rate of evaporation, at the same time also can prevent the dry wall phenomenon.
3.5 This evaporator adopts the 4-effects 5-flow stages structure, and double flowing layers for 4-effects, twice film forming concentrating, it increases the product flow quantity on surrounding area, to prevent the tube-burning phenomenon.
3.6 Continuous product feeding and discharging, one time passing through the equipment, it can reach the expect concentrate rate.
3.7 There is also the CIP cleaning device, it can completely clean the upper part of the separating chamber, lower part of the falling film chamber and whole system. It can achieve the

3.9 This equipment is suitable to be used in the hot water condition, as it has the special structured condenser, and can run in the status of cooling water in 30℃ or higher temperature.
3.10 The special designed concentrating pump is equipped and it is reliable in sealing, stable in performance, minimal in maintenance times, and stable in operation.
4. Manufacturing instructions
4.1 This machine system is designed, manufactured and inspected according to China Standard QB/T1163-91.
4.2 All the contacting material with product, second stage steam, condensate water are using SUS 304 material plate, the plate surface smoothness can reach to be 2B grade. The inner tubes of falling film chamber are precision rolling treated, making the inner wall to be more smooth.
4.3 To protect the original fitness of the stainless steel plate, we adopt the laminating technology, and only polish the welding line. Polishing lines even and neat, free from defects such as burns, abrasions, surface roughness Ra ＜1.6 um.
4.4 All stainless steel hinged adopts British inch size articulated, butterfly valve is imitation imports type. Circle type thread is used. Material for inner rubber gasket of sealing ring and butterfly is EPDM.
4.5 The flange, bolt, nut, platform rail and steel staircase handrail are all made of stainless steel material.
