Introduction of pasteurizer
Pasteurization is mainly used to make products safe to eat or drink, prolong shelf life and reduce deterioration. However, it can also be used to change the performance of the final product. For example, pasteurization of yogurt milk denaturates the protein, makes the yogurt culture grow, and makes the product more viscous and stable.
In view of various applications and customer requirements, more than 80% of the pasteurization equipment provided by Tetra Pak are customized to meet the personalized needs of customers.
To support our customers' success, we focus on two main areas: food safety and total cost of ownership. Take food safety as an example - our equipment provides many unique functions to ensure the safety of your products. For example, our pasteurizer maintains a high pressure on the pasteurization side when discharging the separator. The "integrated pressure test" function allows you to detect any leakage in the heat exchanger plate without removing the plate heat exchanger.
Pasteurization also becomes more economical by filling the balance tank from the bottom while filling the pasteurizer (when filling and emptying the pasteurizer). This will halve product losses at the beginning and end of production operations
This UHT system adopts ultra high heat treatment to sterilize the liquid dairy products, tea drink or juice for the the aseptic filling production; the sterilize temperature is 137ºC holding for 3~5S, to remain the nature nutrition and flavor of the milk and juice;
This machine has the following characteristics: high heat reuse efficiency, compact structure design fine looking and good temperature control performance etc; Material outlet temperature from this machine can be self controlled so it is suitable for the hot filling procedure and meanwhile for aseptic cold filling;
